The receptionist that I dealt with this morning at 11:30 am was amazing. The best ever patient receptionist I have had. She was so kind, caring and considerate. Get more like her.

Regarding: Jackie Stockton
The patient reported absolute patience from the above member of staff. Jackie had been listening to her and dealt with all manner of queries while maintaining politeness throughout. Patient suggested that we have a separate "enquiries" desk at reception to prevent big queues building up.
